Asian Student Association strives to promote the culture and unity of Asian students in efforts to raise multicultural awareness. With Asian students being one of the largest international student populations at Knox, ASA aims to promote the culture and unity of Asian students in efforts to raise multicultural awareness. Japanese Club, Korean Club, aaina, Vietnamese Club, Nepali Student Association, and Pakistani Student Association are all student groups that fall under the umbrella of the Asian Student Association (ASA). From our Annual Mid-Autumn Festival celebration during Fall term to participating in International Food Fair hosted by I-Club during winter and Spring ASA Formal event, ASA aims to celebrate, share and embrace Asian culture all over Knox's diverse campus.

As a team we encourage student development in the realms of public speaking, research, and peer discussion/debate. Through debate, students engage with both sides of the argument/topic (pro/con, aff/neg); allowing students to do so enables them to think and interact with concepts outside of their comfort zone, this is what ensures our members as well rounded people and open minded thinkers. Model United Nations (MUN/Model UN) contains similar constructs that carry over to conflict resolution while maintaining your ‘character’s’ morals. In this way, MUN places students in roles they never would have thought to go into, like the prime minister of Chile or a religious official from Iran. While it may seem uncomfortable at first to portray a person with such staunchly different morals, it encourages a continuation of ongoing growth as both a person in society and a student.

The Knox juggling club aims to be a safe space for students to relax, have some fun, meet new people, and of course, learn to juggle!

The club hopes to be a place for people of any skill level to juggle, contact juggle, devil’s stick, diablo, and just hang out. The Knox juggling club is unique because there is no other juggling club on campus! Juggling is active, good at getting people outside, and very rewarding. Learning to juggle is less about the actual motions, and more of a leap to get over your ‘I can’t’ mentality. It encourages people to try new things, and improve on what they already know. Juggling is great because there is always a way to learn something new.

Founded in 1993, Knox Advocates for Recycling and Environmental Support, known as K.A.R.E.S was an environmental student organization that existed on campus which has now evolved into today's Students for Sustainability.
K.A.R.E.S worked closely with facility services to execute a notable project at Knox, which featured a non-traditional recycling program that has existed and evolved from that time.
After the implementation of this program, K.A.R.E.S slowly expanded its reach to support additional sustainability projects brought on by other environmental resources on campus such as the Knox College Share Shop. With the active involvement in ensuring the success of these resources across campus, K.A.R.E.S decided to shift its personal focus of recycling to broader sustainability initiatives on campus, thus becoming Students for Sustainability.
As an organization we aim to promote the understanding, appreciation, and practice of sustainability across all aspects of life and work at Knox. We aims to create a campus community committed to confronting questions of sustainability and the environment in everyday life. Through weekly meetings, collaborative events, and volunteering opportunities, it intends to engage members of the campus community with the environment in a meaningful way.
